What system specification do I require?
The site runs best using Internet Explorer 6+ Mozilla Firefox 1+ on Windows XP. It may work using other browsers or operating systems but not reliably and some features may be disabled or unavailable. We recommend the following setup:
* Operating System
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Professional Edition or Media Center Edition.
* Processor
At least 500Mhz Intel Pentium/Celeron Family or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron Family or compatible.
* RAM
256MB RAM +
* Internet Connection
Minimum 512Kb Broadband (cable, DSL, or a T1 Line).
Can I access your service from any location?
We do not impose any geographical restrictions, as long as your computer meets the minimum required specification, you can access and utilise our service from anywhere in the world.
Is there a limit to how much I can watch?
Absolutely not! You have unlimited access to the daily schedule and live streams. You will NEVER be charged for watching individual streams. Your membership fee allows you to watch as little or as much as you like!
How do I setup a membership?
Follow these easy steps to create a new account:
* On the Sign-Up page, click the ‘Join Now’ button.
* Complete the short subscription form, click the ‘Continue’ button.
* Once transferred to Paypal, make a secure payment using your account or credit/debit card.
* As soon as your payment is verified your access to the members area is authorised.
* Congratulations! Login to the Members Area.
Can I share my membership details?
No! We request that all users have their own membership. We utilise IP screening and other technologies to log all users accessing our system. It is designed to automatically suspend all suspicious accounts pending further investigation. If you like our service and want to share it, then please direct your friends to our home page where they can sign up.
Warning: Memberships accessed simultaneously from multiple locations will remain locked for a minimum of 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
Secure payments via paypal
We use PayPal to securely process payments - you do not need to be a registered PayPal member to send payment. You can pay using your Credit or Debit Card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, American Express, Switch and Solo). In some cases you can also pay via Bank Transfer or Cleared Account Funds.
How does your billing operation work?
Memberships last 6 months - YOU WILL ONLY BE BILLED ONCE. If you decide to renew, only then will you be billed again.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Follow these easy steps to recover your account password:
* Click the Login link at the top of any page.
* Enter your ‘username’ or ‘email’ in the Lost Password form, click ‘Get Password’.
* Instructions will be sent to your email address to recover your password.
How do I change my password?
* Login to your account.
* Click ‘Edit Profile’.
* Enter your new password and confirm it, click ‘Save’.

Can I watch streams on my television?
